Our corporate client needs an application support person to support users across the client’s various branches. The role is based in East Tamaki . This role will have a desktop focus supporting Microsoft Applications. Other tasks will include configuring phones, building PC’s, patching and upgrading applications and checking agents are working correctly.
To be successful in securing the role you will have a minimum of two years application support experience as well as be able to demonstrate previous experience across all aspects of user account management including account creation, permission changes and off-boarding coupled with the ability to adapt whilst troubleshooting issues rather than just following a flowchart or process.
A positive, can and will-do attitude is a must. You will be a self-starter who is able to work both alone and as part of a team with a strong delivery ethic and be passionate about helping others. You will also have a strong desire to make a positive difference.
