Our South Auckland based, successful manufacturing corporate client seeks an application support person to provide user applications management to all users across their multiple branches.

You will be able to demonstrate previous experience with the following:

  • Ability to adapt whilst troubleshooting issues
  • Look for opportunities to streamline or simplify process that users currently undertake on a regular basis
  • All aspects of User account management including account creation, permission changes and off-boarding
  • Assignment of training modules to users
  • Identify improvements to our client’s user training material
  • Experience at providing application support
  • Active Directory user and group maintenance
  • ERP experience is preferred
  • Industry experience in sales and manufacturing is preferred
