Our client is a successful New Zealand manufacturing company based in South Auckland. They seek a day-to-day support and maintenance person to support their branches ERP infrastructure, ERP applications and any associated system interfaces.
To be successful in securing this role, previous experience with the following is sought:
- Database maintenance
- ERP software patching and updates
- Testing of patches, updates and improvements
- Ability to adapt whilst troubleshooting issues
- Look for opportunities to streamline, simplify and/or automate processes that are currently being performed on a regular basis
- As built document creation and maintenance
- Application support experience
- Microsoft Windows Server support
- Experience supporting an ERP environment
- Database support and maintenance
- Experience supporting workflow systems
- Active Directory
- Experience supporting analytical applications
- Industry experience in sales and manufacturing is preferred
- IBM i Operating System experience is preferred
